Who We Are
True Home of Hope is a non-profit agency that has pledged to willingly work with disadvantaged youth. Its primary objective is to facilitate the process of restoring a sense of holism and well-being in their lives.
True Home of Hope is an integrated Residential treatment center. Our program is designed to offer a structured residential program that provides comprehensive Child Care treatment services such as behavioral and Emergency Care services to youth in foster care, the juvenile justice system, and private clients. We hope to help these youths return to loving families. The children we serve are between 7 to 17 years old, and our program has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 children at a time. We service only girls in this age range, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment for their well-being.
True Home of Hope is committed to the holistic well-being of youths. We adhere diligently to strict state and federal regulations, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality care. Our qualified and trained team tailors individualized service plans to meet the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each child. Safety and security are paramount, with a secure environment and tailored therapeutic services. Also prioritizing trauma-informed care, recognizing and addressing potential trauma experiences. Family and community involvement is integral to our approach. Evidence-based practices are integrated into our programs, with regular assessments for ongoing adjustments. We excel in crisis management and behavioral support. Cultural competence is a core value, that fosters an inclusive environment. Transparency and accountability are foundational in our interactions with residents, families, and regulators. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures the highest quality of care.
