Our program model is integrated into the day-to-day operations of our agency. We work collaboratively to ensure that the children in our care receive the necessary services and support they require. Ensuring that all staff members understand our program model is a top priority. We conduct comprehensive training sessions for our staff to familiarize them with the program’s goals, services, and protocols. We also maintain open lines of communication and provide ongoing support to address any questions or concerns that may arise. The responsibility for the integrity of our program model is shared among key leadership roles within our organization. This includes the Executive Director, Assistant Director, Administrator, and Board members. Each of these individuals plays a crucial role in overseeing and upholding the program’s standards and effectiveness.

We regularly review and update this policy to adapt to changing needs and best practices.
True Home of Hope has long-term and short-term placement services. The anticipated timeframe for a child or youth to complete treatment in our program varies based on the individual needs, progress, and circumstances of each child. According to the DFPS minimum standard, a child in Emergency Care Service must not continue in care for more than 30 days after the date of admission or 10 days after. Therefore, the duration of treatment can differ from one resident to another, and it is determined through ongoing assessments and reviews to ensure that the child’s needs are met effectively and their progress is continuously monitored.
